Note: it is very important that the doorbell is online in order to make changes. If the doorbell is disconnected, offline or has timed out, you will not be able to access the doorbell settings
Sidebar: To access the sidebar of the main menu, simply swipe your finger from the left side of the screen to the right. A menu with all your doorbell will appear along with other options at the bottom.

Options: This section opens an options menu for all your dbells. From here you have the ability to change your notification, sound and account options along with additional information about dbell
Order Accessories: This section opens a page where you can browse through our products and order accessories that will be compatible with your dbell doorbell
Help: This section gives you the ability to contact us through support or making a ticket. You can also give us feedback about our device, app or service along with accessing our knowledge base to help you through app setup and configuration
Extend your experience (+): The plus symbol located at the top right corner of the page will lead you to a section that allows you to add more devices onto your app
Edit devices (Two squares): The two squares symbol located at the top right corner of the page will lead you to a section where you are able to delete doorbells from your account, change the order of doorbells displayed on your main screen along with properties for your doorbell
Settings (Gear): The gear symbol located on the right hand side of each doorbell on the main screen will lead you to the settings of that specific doorbell
Full Screen: First select which doorbell you would like to view in full screen mode. If you have multiple doorbells then simply tap on whichever small screen you would like to expand.
In this mode you can see the live stream, take photos, videos and communicate with others that are outside. You will be able to hear and see everything that's happening by your dbell.
Events: The events displayed under your doorbell stream are divided into 3 categories
-Visitors displaying how many people press the doorbell button
-Motion detection displaying how many motion triggers occurred that day
-Audio detection displaying how many audio triggers occurred that day
-Snapshot and video displaying how many snapshot and video rec occurred that day
You can also share the events image by holding the image for few seconds until the POP-UP menu appears and by selecting "Share"
