- Delete existing dbell instance from the app
- Go to Menu ( 3 lines on the top left of the app home screen)
- Tap 'X' (Delete)
.Connecting dbell to your Network
To use dbell with Wi-Fi, connect dbell for a short-term to the Network with the supplied data cable for quick setup
You can also use Wireless setup. Be sure to follow the instructions for wireless setup
- Power up dbell video doorbell and wait for 1 minute or until you hear Welcom. Phone and dbell should be on the same Network for doing setup.
Select 'Scan Network'
Follow in-app wizard to complete setup
To use dbell with Wi-Fi disconnect data cable
dbell will go offline returning to online state quickly
If dbell is offline after 2min. check Wi-Fi password. For more help check in-app Help.
Incorrect Wi-Fi password is generally the main cause for not connecting to network.
