I have changed my phone. How do I pair dbell with my new phone?

1. Download and install dbell app
2. Open dbell app
3. Press Login
4. Enter your login credentials
5. Your device will be online

User name and password mistake? Here is how to fix it

Now, if the dbell wasn't working before, doing the above steps won't make it work. dbell needs to be setup as if it is a new device.

Hardware Reset dbell HD Live and HDX2:

1. Unplug dbell indoorbell/chime from wall outlet
2. Make sure dbell video doorbell is connected to power
3. Press and hold the dbell video doorbell call button until you hear “RESET SUCCESSFUL” 
4. Wait 1-min for dbell to restart
5. Redo dbell app setup
