Change password of dbell

When you 'register' on dbell app for the first time, your registration user name is sent to the dbell device.

Your registration password is dbell device password.

Registration email is used for login to dbell app, recovering or resetting lost or forgotten password.

 To see your current user name and password:

1. Tap Menu
2. Tap Edit
3. Tap Show to unhide password

 

To change dbell password:

For security reasons, changing dbell password is a 2-step process.

• Step-1: Reset app login password
• Step-2: Reset dbell device

• Step-1: Reset app login password

Using the forgot password option to change the account password.

1. Menu >> Options  >> User account  >> Forgot password
2. Then Delete the dbell from the app. Menu >> Edit >> Delete (x)
3. Menu >> Logout
4. Login to your app using new password received via email

• Step-2: Reset dbell device

1. Reset dbell
2. Re-do the dbell setup again by Selecting>> Add dbell > Network Setup option.
3. Your newly changed password will be sent to dbell at setup
