How to add/remove SD card in the video doorbell

Recommended microSDHC card capacity is 16GB. MicroSDHD card is located just below the white connector at the back of dbell.

To remove micro SD card follow the simple steps below:

1. Pull the cover down as shown by the arrow
2. Push the card to release
3. Once the card is released, pull the card to remove. You may use tweezers.
4. Place the cover back to its place

To add a Class 10 microSDHD card with a 16GB capacity follow the simple steps below:

1. Pull the cover down as shown by the arrow
2. Push the card into the slot carefully
3. Once the card is inserted, place the cover back
4. In app go to Storage & Cloud >>Settings>>Format this card

Now microSDHC card is ready to be used.

• Hot-plugging is not recommended for SD card, hot-plugging may damage SD card, causing data loss and/or abnormal operation.
• Do not turn off power to the device during formatting.
• dbell does not support formatting into several partitions, so if you want to format it on PC before using it, please format it into one partition only.
