MAC address Filtering Check your router configuration for
MAC address Filtering If MAC address
filtering is ON, add this device’s MAC
address to the allowed devices or
disable MAC Address filtering. MAC
address of dbell is on the back.
dbell audio is not clear Network speed
is too low
Check Network speed. Min. speed
should be 1.5Mbps
dbell video freezes Network speed
is too low
Check Network speed. Min. speed
should be 1.5Mbps
dbell Audio is one-way Network Speed
or User error
Check Network speed. Press and
Hold Mic to Talk
